On the other hand, according to a news report, the Punjab Higher Education Department for the training of teachers of the Government Colleges of Lahore, Punjab Professors and Lecturers' Association pointed out the strike. Training is mandatory for development in 18, The Higher Education Department has issued a schedule for the training of 3000 teachers in which 400 teachers of Lahore will also be given training. According to the Punjab Professors and Lecturers' Association, the Higher Education Department has made poor planning for the timely training of teachers in Lahore. Only 2 centers have been set up for teachers in Lahore, of which only 44 teachers will be able to get training at a time. Due to the increase in number, it will take 3 to 4 months to complete the training of all batches while training in other districts will be completed on time, which has led to the delay in development of teachers of Lahore.
