While it's challenging to find foods that have absolutely zero carbs, there are some foods that are extremely low in carbohydrates. Most foods, even those considered very low-carb, have trace amounts of carbohydrates. Pure fats and oils, such as olive oil, coconut oil, and butter, contain negligible carbohydrates. These fats primarily consist of fats without any significant carbohydrate content. Additionally, many non-starchy vegetables, such as leafy greens (spinach, kale, lettuce), celery, and cucumbers, are extremely low in carbs.
